Its no secret that by participating in physical activity we can keep our body fit and healthy but how about the mind? In this active wellbeing course we explore the facts around the improvement of mental health with physical activity and how this can help those who live with depression, anxiety and lack motivation. The course will educate learners on how to help improve wellbeing via exercise, activities, self motivation and organisation and how factors such as diet, the outdoors and endorphins play their part.
Our Active Wellbeing short course is a great launchpad to all things health-related; the course will enable you to lead sessions in activities to aid a healthy lifestyle and general wellbeing for you and/or others.
