Our Holiday Camps have been keeping children and teens active and engaged since 1999! Our highly qualified Sports coaches, teachers and playworkers are experienced in delivering safe, energetic, inspiring and most importantly, FUN activities during the school holidays.

We are proud to be working in partnership with Oxfordshire County Council as an approved delivery partner for HAF Camps. HAF Camps run during the Easter, Summer and Christmas Holidays.

What is HAF?

HAF is the 'Holiday Activities Fund' awarded by government for children aged 4 to 16 who are in full-time education and receive free school meals.

School holidays can be particular pressure points for some families because of increased costs (such as food and childcare) and reduced incomes. For some children that can lead to a holiday experience gap, with children from disadvantaged families:

Not sure if you’re eligible? Booking via the EEQU system your booking will be sent straight to the Oxfordshire County Council; here they will check your eligibility before either approving or declining your booking request. Throughout the process you will be kept up to date on the whereabouts of your booking through automated emails.

We invite schools to recommend activities to eligible families and to book on behalf of the child/children.

A hot/packed lunch will be provided daily as will a healthy snack.

BOOKING

To book simply click on the provided links below to access the camp pages on our improved HAF booking system. Once you’re on a camp page, you can easily browse through the available days and times for booking. When you select a day, your request will be sent directly to the council for eligibility verification. Throughout the process, we’ll keep you updated via email on the status of your booking request.
