September 23rd is National Fitness Day!

A HUGE day in the health, wellbeing and fitness calendar.  The aim of the day is to highlight the role physical activity plays across the UK, helping to raise awareness of its importance in helping us lead healthier and active lifestyles.

National Fitness Day sees a huge range of activity options enjoyed by participants of all ages, such as ‘plank offs’, yoga and pilates classes, treadmill challenges, high-street HIIT classes and so much more.

With current safety guidelines many providers have switched their session to online platforms, this in turn opens them up across the UK  for all to participate in and enjoy whenever you may live!
