A Message to Our Education Setting Customers

Teaching Staff Support Available 

Our services continue in schools, colleges, and education centres that are remaining open, should you need us. We have spoken with many of our settings today and are continuing our teaching and coaching where we can be of support. We are also able to deploy additional staff and shift hours and days. We are also working with schools to provide activity days/weeks for when the Easter holidays would have fallen and, again, we have staff available should this be of help to your school too.    For the remainder of today it’s business as usual. Our coaching and teaching team are doing an amazing job and are following all current guidelines. We are in regular contact with all of our team to issue up-to-the-minute directives as things develop, and we are acting immediately where a staff member feels they are experiencing symptoms or makes us aware that a member of their household begins isolation. In these instances, we will endeavour to send a replacement member of staff and will ensure that the quality of our service will not be compromised.

The Education of Our Apprentices

Our Apprentices have migrated from a physical to a virtual classroom and remain under the lead of our tutor team. Virtual learning will continue for as long as possible to avoid a prolonged gap in learning.

Teacher & Support Staff Upskill Training 

We are moving to virtual learning.  We will contact everyone who has enrolled on a course with us and introduce this. We will also publish further free online courses for individuals aged 19+ who wish to take part in self-development during school closure. Courses will be accessible via an online portal and we hope that they might be of help to those who wish to pursue them. We will be widening the subject offering and will issue further information via email in a further update next week.
