Join Hannah, our General Manager who swapped running marathons for walking them and challenges herself daily with added weights, exercise on the spot and goals for each walk.
Whilst we all stay home at the moment, use your daily exercise time to take a walk, improve your fitness and raise your heart rate! This is perfect for the whole family, share with grandparents too as a great way to up a daily walk! for those who are not leaving the house at the moment you can use stairs, gardens or simply the living room, simply reduce the time to suit your own routine.
